Lumbar Endoscopic Spine Surgery (LESS) is proven to be highly effective, but it’s difficult to learn. The real challenge is the learning curve. After every training event, I realized we weren’t really capturing the most valuable part, the real surgeon to surgeon conversations. Now I’m recording those discussions, using AI to analyze them, and figuring out how we can improve our training programs so adoption can happen faster.
