- Stretch and Move: Perform simple stretching exercises and walk around periodically during the trip to reduce stiffness and promote circulation.
- Choose the Right Seat: Opt for seats with proper lumbar support, especially during flights or long drives. Adjust the seat to your comfort level to maintain a neutral spine position
- Correct Posture: Maintain good posture while sitting. Sit with your back against the seat, shoulders relaxed, and feet flat on the floor. Avoid slouching or hunching forward, which can strain your back muscles.
